Home is a bold, inventive new dance project that will move through the streets of Birmingham city centre. 

They are looking for 1000 individuals from across the West Midlands to take part in the creation and performances.

The performances will happen between 23 April and 13 May 2012.


The festival offers opportunities to people of all ages and abilities to take part in dance, through classes, workshops, projects and performances. 

They are looking for contributions in any art-form from individuals, friends, families, work colleagues, community groups, and professional artists.


Go to a Home workshop or Open Day at DanceXchange. Home workshops are running between now and 16 March 2012.

The workshops are for community groups in Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Home is part of Dancing for the Games, which is part of the Cultural Olympiad in the West Midlands.
